Delivery promise

Orders received before 4pm will be despatched same day, for next day delivery (for in stock items, of standard quantities).

98.4% of all orders are shipped according to the order confirmation date.

Despatch Confirmation

Customers are notified by email when their order leaves the Erwin Halder warehouse.
Email contains a detailed delivery note and tracking shipment link.

Our continually developing Standard Parts range consists of over 12,000 articles. With many years of experience Erwin Halder is a competent partner for the design and production of special components.

Invoicing

On request, invoices can be supplied electronically, as a PDF via email.

CAD Data

All standard parts and modular jig and fixture system parts are available on DVD or as download in system-neutral 2D and 3D data formats. Moreover the data is available on the CAD portals Cadenas and Traceparts in a native file format.

Training

Extensive user training in workshops on-site or at the Halder training centre.

Demonstration Car

Demonstration of workholding systems in our demonstration car at the customer's site.
