Practical presentation possibility for Halder hand tools
Flexible POS system for the specialised retail trade
Variable designs for construction, forestry, industry and skilled crafts
Minimal space or unused space at the point of sale – as different as conditions may be, specialised retailers want to present their goods in an optimal way. That is why Erwin Halder KG now offers a flexible system for sales areas of any size. The Halder hand tools can be displayed on the system in variable ways to suit the different segments. With additional highlights, such as illuminated frames, retailers can be certain to capture the attention of customers.
With the new practical solution for the presentation of its soft-face mallets and forestry tools, Erwin Halder KG supports the specialised retail trade with a modular system that meets all requirements. The standard width of the POS shelf is 1.00 m. The height of 1.60 m can be raised to 2.00 or 2.4 m as needed. In addition, it can easily be integrated in existing shelving units.
For a spacious room design, there is also the possibility in the standard version of placing the goods carrier – where goods can be displayed on both sides – in the centre of the sales area as a gondola solution. If a retailer does not have enough space, the Halder top sellers can simply be put up in existing commercial shelves by means of the cross-bars included in the system. Holders and tiers can be easily hooked into the cross-bars. Suitable holders are available for every type of display.
Adapted to the target group
Four display variants for the flexible goods carriers allow for a precise match with the respective target group:
In tool trading, a broad selection of non-rebound Supercraft hammers with different handle types (wood, steel and 3-component handles), Simplex Soft-Face Mallets with soft-metal and copper inserts as well as Ferroplex Combination Hammers can be presented with this sales concept.
For the construction trade, Erwin Halder AG recommends displaying the Simplex classics for landscaping as well as Simplex Sledge Hammers on the goods carrier. Moreover, abrasion-free inserts, a specific selection of non-rebound hammers as well as the new Baseplex entry-level hammers can be offered with it. For forestry products, the unit can be expanded with the Simplex Splitting Maul, the Simplex Splitting Axe and the Splitting Wedge.
The sales shelf for skilled crafts offers a broad spectrum of soft-face mallets: The Simplex with alloy housing, ideal for carpentry, the Secural, optimally suited for laying parquet, and the MaxxCraft, a rebound-dampening locksmith's hammer with 25 percent greater striking force, are thus optimally presented.
All frames have sufficient space for a well-organised placement of spare parts, such as inserts and handles. The labels inform customers of the characteristics and the hardness of the inserts. Brochures, for which holders are also provided in the POS shelf, are available for more details.
Highlights for the customers
To capture the customer’s attention, the retailer has the option of fixing an illuminated frame with Halder top sign on the shelf, with or without fluorescent tube. In addition, the new application photos signal even from a distance that the Halder soft-face mallets with the well-known Simplex and Supercraft brands are available.
As a supplement to the presentation on the sales shelf, Erwin Halder KG offers a counter display for the new Baseplex entry-level hammer. The counter display has space for all four sizes of the soft-face mallet.
At the pounding station, developed by Halder, customers can experience for themselves the effect of the non-rebound hammers and the rebound-dampening locksmith's hammer. The pounding station enables customers to test the hammers in direct comparison with a standard locksmith's hammer in the retailer's sales area. To keep the noise level as low as possible, the aluminium framework is filled with steel shot and a steel plate of 2.5 cm is integrated.
And the icing on the cake: For the new presentation option, Erwin Halder KG makes the shelf components available to specialised retailers at no charge and offers attractive discounts on the initial goods displayed on them.
