So far, 56 specialised retailers across Germany have agreed to be part of the distribution and service partner concept - and the number keeps growing. The steady increase can be attributed to Halder’s drive to expand their nation-wide network, equally covering all regions and all users across the various target groups. Erwin Halder KG issues a certificate to designate participating dealers as distribution and service partners.
The experts from Achstetten-Bronnen provide regular training to ensure that the staff at their distribution and service partners are always up to speed on the latest development and capable of introducing the end user to all possibilities our hand tools have to offer. Volker Gernth: “Aside from a thoroughly informed staff, our partners must also be able to deliver the necessary spare parts at all times. This requirement is paramount in light of the fact that the modular design of our SIMPLEX mallets allows for the separate replacement all individual parts, calling for short response times and a large on-site selection of spare parts - in addition to a comprehensive range of mallets and new products.”
Professional brand presentation at the dealer
In an effort to give them the means they need to present our soft-face mallets and forestry tools in the best light and bolster brand recognition, Erwin Halder KG supports their partners with a modular POS system capable of satisfying all of their needs. Four fit-out variants for the flexible goods carriers permit a precise match with the respective target group: the hardware retail trade, the construction trade, and the forestry and handicraft trade.
Offering ample space, all frames allow for a well-organised placement of the various tools and can also accommodate spare parts, such as inserts and handles. The labels inform customers of the characteristics and the hardness of the inserts. Brochures - for which holders are also provided in the POS shelf - are available as well. Offering such additional highlights as an illuminated frame, the provided systems ensure that the dealer will grab their customer's attention. A pounding station allows the customer to test the mallets right then and there.
